Reload and DLux lowest applicaton temperature

What is the lowest temperature one can safely use Reload or DLUX?
We have an opportunity to apply at 46 Degrees.
 
Potentially put this in the wrong forum. Mods please move if required.

I suggest that you do not apply Reload in temperatures less than 50F. At 50F you need to spread it out and let sit a bit before buffing off. Also, do not recommend applying DLUX below 45F. At 45F you will need to adapt a little. Don't go too thick and remember cure times will be a bit longer than usual.
