Reload and Echo questions

So I've been browsing around and some people are using reload in their echo. Is this a detail spray or a waterless wash? What dilutions are recommended to do this and does it change process at all? How about a black car with CQfinest such as myself. I'm extremely new to detailing and hope to learn more. From y'all.

I use Merlins Magic mix, on my CQ Finest coated truck, as an after wash detailer. I tend to use it for a booster if you will.

For the Reload/ Echo 2 mix...yes.

For the Echo 2 by itself then I use 1:15.

I'm curious if I just dilute it down and I add a little more echo if I won't be wasting any more product
