Hi CPF members!

I'm Francesco from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I'm known as either Francesco or SameGuy in other places on the internets, and I'm really pleased to be here now, too.

I've read all of Corey's product guides and reviews elsewhere over the years, and a couple of weeks ago I placed my first CP order. Through no fault of the team at CarPro US, I had a minor hiccup with the shipping. I called at around supper time, expecting to leave a VM, but sure enough Corey answered and knew of the issue. He went above and beyond in fixing it, even though as I said the problem is with USPS, not CarPro US. In today's world great customer care is seldom seen, especially in online shopping. I'm very glad I've found someone who puts so much into his company to make sure customers are happy.

Anyway, looking forward to learning new things here! Now where's my wishlist so I can place that next order? ;)

Francesco

The best customer service for sure and I agree he always picks up the phone or is calling you back.

Welcome Francesco! You will find that there are a lot of great folks here.

If I'm just mixing up enough H2 for a set of wheels, maybe two sets, the 4 oz So2Pure-style spray bottle should be plenty, right?

Ok Claude, now I'm confused by your nickname. Are you an orthopaedic surgeon? Or really good at baking French bread? LOL

That would be more than plenty. An average sized vehicle (including all glass, trim, and wheels can be done with about 6 ounces of mixed product. As you already know, Hydro2 is diluted @ 3:1. (3 parts distilled water to 1 part Hydro2).

I am a Doctor of "Pain and Torture" aka. PT (physical therapist or in my home country (Canada) we are called physiotherapeute). I have a Bachelor's of Science in Physical Therapy from McGill, and then got a post-professional Doctorate of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, and a Certification as an Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Hope that clarifies it!

The nickname was given to me about 18 years ago by a patient, who also wanted to give me a personalized license plate LOL!

LOL thanks for that!

Hey, maybe you played Twister with my little sister, she spent six weeks at Lindsay rehab after hip replacement 18 years ago (done by Tanzer at the General)!

Thank you so much Francesco!! I'm happy all was set straight! Welcome to CPF!!!
