Hi,

Vehicle in question is 2014 Hobsa Odyssey, Obsidian Blue.

I applied CQUK to it last fall, details here:

I've typically washed the car since with Meguiars soap in a foam gun, and then tried when time allowed to top with HydrO2 for layering and greater protection.

The van hasn't been washed in a while, and was pretty covered in pollen, so I did a full wash yesterday in what was fairly limited time. I also didn't have my leaf blower her which is a key tool for me to use for the purpose of drying a car after washing.

I'll admit I didn't make any attempt to drive the car because it was already getting late and dark. I applied the HydrO2, rinsed really really well and then pulled the car in for the night.

This morning there are spots everywhere. I was in a rush and couldn't get a super good picture but I think you can get the idea from this one:

He's our little white spots of crystalline material at the edge of what were water droplets that dried on the car.

Does this give some indication that I was treating too heavily? Of course I dilute at the 3 to 1 ratio that is requested with distilled water. It is a minivan with a lot of surface area but I used around 15 ounces of liquid to do the whole thing.

What's the best way to get rid of them? I'm figuring that a wash or even a rinse off would probably get most of it, but if not I'd really hate to have to polish into the surface.

While I'm sure that properly drying the car would have avoided a great deal of this, any other hints to prevent this from happening in the future? The practical reality of time and chores and shade and family and everything else means that usually I'll be applying the stuff in the evening, FWIW...

Thanks!
