Spots on Vinyl Strips

I applied cquartz on my new car's strips, which was probably a bad idea now that I read up on it. The vehicle now shows these spots despite not getting wet for a full week after applying. What can I do to fix this? I'm freaking out...

Yes it's been washed but water was not left on it to dry. I tried rubbing them off gently with a MF, but that wasn't successful. It was not left in the rain nor got wet from a sprinkler. It was dry all week here. The day I washed it is when I noticed them when I was drying. I'm so perplexed as to how and why this happened.
 
You may want to check with Corey and find out if Spotless is ok to use on matte finishes. Unless other here can chime in.
 
Yes you can - BUT because it cannot be polished, we need to be extra careful with all chemicals not to stain it.

In other words:
Do not leave anything spotless on the paint too long
Do not let stuff dry on the paint
Do not use on hot surface
Do not use in the sun
