The vehicle is an obsidian blue metallic Honda Odyssey. I applied CQuartzUK to it this past fall. Details here:

Fast forward to now, car is dirty, washed with meguiars soap and then applied HydrO2. It was late and my leaf blower is being serviced, so I parked it for the night. Next morning, I get this:
It's like small white crystalline precipitate around where water spots were. Smudging with a finger removes them.
I did use about 15 oz of 1:3 diluted HydrO2 in water, per the directions. I rinsed REALLY well, though apparently not well enough... There were no signs of suds, or anything else - I've applied HydrO2 many times on this and a black car, I did get something like this on the black car once:
Did I over apply? Not rinse well enough? Was it a mistake to try to apply at night when it was getting cool and leaving the water drops on the surface?
Any thoughts/recommendations?
Thanks!
