The pits are drivng me crazy!!!!!!!

Pulled the BURBLE (2013 Fiat ABARTH in Rosso) into my pole barn to get ready for a trip; ie, it needed a quik clean. The shop as Lithonia T5 High Output 5K light fixtures; very bright! I looked at the hood and I have thousands of pits!!!!!!!!!

did a test patch with 3000 grit/MEGS 205/Megs ULTIMATE/Chem Guys V38: very little improvement

Looks like solvent popping in the paint? If so it's extremely unlikely that you can remove it regardless how aggressive you go
