Hi. I am looking for some brush recommendations for cleaning caked on dirt from vinyl. I live in Wyoming and run a detail shop. We have a lot of Ranches around here and believe me the dirt is thick. I use the Carrand interior brush now, but in a lot of cases it's bristles are just too soft to loosen dirt from vinyl and leather. Just wanted to get some ideas on brushes out there that work for these type of heavy jobs. Thanks for anyones thoughts

Lot of good vinyl brushes out there from various manufactures. I have 3-4 different ones varying in size/shape that I'll use on interiors. Just check with your preferred vendor and you'll likely find something that will work great.

I prefer a horse hair brush for textured plastic/vinyl/leather. It's stiff enough to get into the nooks and crannies to help agitate/remove the dirt but is soft so it won't scratch or marr anything.

Also using a good/safe interior cleaner that emulsifies the dirt helps. With a safe cleaner you can spray it on and use the brush to loosen it up and then wipe it off with a MF towel.

If the seats you are working on are really bad you might want to consider using a steamer with a MF towel wrapped around it.

Thanks for your question and feedback. Is this the brush you use currently? I believe that it is. So... I'm curious if it could be the cleaning solution at fault? What cleaner do you use?

Well, I've tried several from my local supplier. Apc's and citrus cleaners. I would like to find something that breaks the dirt down easier that's for sure. Thanks

Okay. It sounds good. Is it concentrated? It doesn't say in the description. Just wondering how many vehicles I can do with a gallon. I want to save time for sure but also thinking about cost per vehicle. The stuff I use now is pretty inexpensive.

It's not meant to be diluted. If your going to be going through a bit of it shoot me an email so I can help out some.
