Water beading gone after one and half month

I have recently applied cquartzuk from a professional detailer. And its been one and half month and water beading is gone 80 percent.
Initially beading was wonderful.
I called detailer and he said that coatinf is present on your car but due to hot weather, very dusty area and using of hard water while washing it lost water beading properties. Does it make sense?

Give the vehicle a good wash. A lot of times the surface just gets dirty.. I highly doubt CQUK is gone in 45 days. Unless it wasn’t properly applied...

Dirt, dust and overall road grime will mask the water behavior. Give it a good wash with something like CarPro Reset and you should be all good.
