Waxes over CQuartz

New here. Hi. Amateur detailer and professional APD adjuster here attempting to keep the value high on my cars, because I know what shitty paint will do to a value.

I know it’s possible, and maybe reasonable-if one enjoys spending the time to do it for no their reason than to spend the time doing it- but I was wondering if anyone’s noted any difference in using a product like enigma or Fusso over the ceramic coating (be it UK or standard), to see what kind of impact there is. Certainly, something with SIO2 is going to last longer, but what’s it like compared to reload? Will it actually bond to the coating at all? Is this something I should test, with half panels for a while? Has anyone done it? My GTI is a garage queen, so it wouldn’t be a true, daily-style test, but it might give insight. I’ve been thinking about picking up some Fusso or Enigma (or Fireball) for the wife’s Alltrack (which is not coated), and have just been wondering if I should give it a test. I just don’t want to do re-work due to efficiency sake.

It’s not really going to adhere to the coating. With CQUK I found the diluted Reload to work super well. I used it as a last wipe drying aid.
