What the best APC Cleaner?

Hi guys as the title states whats the Best APC Cleaners out there? No abbreviations, sometimes i can't make them make sense, so provide full name and what are ur dilution ratios. the purpose for this is to clean off tires and strip them down to the bare minimal rubber texture with no grease!!!!

You can't go wrong with Optimum Power Clean all-purpose cleaner. Corey and others here know better than I, but I'd rank Tuf Shine tire cleaner as the best tire cleaner on the market. I dilute Optimum Power Clean at 4:1 and Tuf Shine at 1:1.

The best way to clean tires is with a Porter Cable or Griot's-style 6" DA with a Cyclo interior brush.
 
You don't need anything fancy to properly clean tires. Get some meguiars APC, dilute it 4:1, spray it on, scrub with any cheap stiff bristle brush. Done.
 
Shine Supply Solution is an incredible and my go to APC. For tires our Shine Supply Wise Guy is probably the best I've used!
 
I fully expect that by next SEMA CarPro will wow us with an all-in-one APC with built-in tire, vinyl and leather coating based on DLUX. :) ;)
