What would you recommend for piano black trim

My new car has piano black interior trim. Even though I have only used a glass lens type flat microfiber I can already see tiny micro scratches. Any recommendation for an interior detailer or some other product that will do a decent job of filling micro scratches without leaving the panels looking greasy?

I covered all my piano black plastic with carbon fiber. It not only looks good, no more micro scratches and dust that can be seen. I know that its there, but not visible.
