White residue after using reflect/ essence

Hi

Just used essence on my jet black BMW and the gloss is stunning, however sometimes i got some white dry residue left with essence and Carpro gloss pad combo. This will not happen with a MF pad.

Also when i was using reflect with gloss pad, some dry white residue also appear after 4-5 pass at about 3.5 speed with very light pressure. Am i doing something wrong?

I just got done using Reflect for the first time, seemed like after too many passes (4) it dried while working,
so I cut back on my run/work time (3) and it was perfect. Nice wipe off either way.
