I've just been informed that my favorite applicator is no longer being made! Not happy.

My favorite by far is the Carrand Tire dressing applicator

Just out of curiosity which applicator is it?

So far I really like the blue small B&S pads. But I do need to try the carrand out.

The convoluted hex applicator. Same folks that make the Ultima applicators.

Not a fan of the foam applicators, even though I mention a cheap solution. Have you used this brush with PERL?

I have and it works pretty well. I spray the tire and use the brush to get in all the grooves. I mostly use these applicators with Pinnacle Black Onyx which is my favorite gel (so far)

Can we ask CarPro to come up with a PERL gel?

I've looked at this before and the reviews/cost steered me away. How long have you used this as a pro detailer?

I've had no issues with mine and I think it's worth every penny. I've been using the same one four the last 4+ years. I just change the "pads" when they start to fall apart - which is not often.

I use the Tuf-Shine Tire Applicator Sponge. I have a few of these and they work great for me.
