I have seen it said the put Reload on the wiper blades, but cant seem to find it now. Why would you do this? And how would you do this? Is it the Karate Kid wipe on wipe off or wipe on and let dry?

^^ This is exactly how I do it too.
I use an old towel and clean the wipers with eraser first. Then I usually use a MF applicator or the corner of a towel; I spray toe applicator and load it with Reload then I apply it to the wipers "working it in".
This makes sure the wipers are clean and creates a smoother surface that "glides" over the glass better. I do this because the glass coating are worn down by abrasion and so the less abrasive the wipers the better the glass coating lasts.
I wipe the blades down with APC followed by Eraser then coat with Reload.
I tried your method about a week ago, and my results were that the APC initially pulled quite a bit of dirt off the blades, then when following with Eraser, even more dirt and crud were removed that the APC apparently did not remove.
