Testing the NEW CarPro Flash Pad today! OMG, the cut and finish is out of this world. This was done in 1Step using the Rupes Bigfoot 21 and Menzerna FG400. The Pad is 6.25inch. This pad needs some pretty firm pressure to compress and as soon as you get the compression right, you will know. The pad rotation will be just right and you will feel it not want to bounce on you. The foam is REALLY dense so it will bounce until you get that pressure right. What worked well for me was I spread the polish on speed 1 over the entire trunk and then worked it on speed 4.5, 1 slow pass for cutting and then 1 more pass to work the polish more to finish really well. I picked up the pad and wiped with the MicroFiber Madness Yellow Fellow towel to inspect my work. There were a few Rids left in a couple of places so I just added a tiny bit more polish and spot corrected in the exact same manner and the entire trunk was beautiful. I will note that this car had moderate wash damage in it.

Oh and this pad needs to be able to be used on a 5 inch backing plate for sure!!! It will help in the curvy areas as well as to keep pad rotation and easier compression of the foam. This foam really likes to be compressed.... you will be amazed what a bit of extra pressure does for this pad!!!!!!

Thanks for taking the time Wes! I know your busy - For sure the results of this pad were worth your time to share though! GREAT tips and results bro!
