Road Line Paint!

So this is my first serious challenge as a weekly washer.
Yellow Road line paint splatter in my wheel wells and on the very lowest portion of my passenger side, didn't even make it to the passenger side door.
First of all car is coated with Finest and the Road Paint knocks off easily with a finger nail off of all surfaces except the felt/carpet on the rear wheel wells. I have reached out to the installer on the finest and will most likely only take his or Coreys suggestions on removal. I tried APC 3:1 on a slogger and it didn't remove it, again comes off really easy with a finger nail. My initial thought was a bug sponge but didn't want to proceed with out professional advice.
Thanks in advance for any feedback!

What kind of vehicle do you have? German? I never really understood the benefit of the textile fender liners, here is a perfect example. I've had to deal with this a few times, and have always had good luck from Tarminator and gentle agitation.

Corey, do you think TarX might be suited to the task?

Wish it was German! 2014 Mazda6

My guess on the textile fender liners is to help reduce road noise. The thing with the paint spray is that it's hard and seems to knock off easily - I don't think one would want to soften it back up. Could create more of a challenge?

If it's only the rear fender liners you are having trouble with, then I'd try mineral spirits or paint thinners on it. It's just plastic after all. Mineral spirits is safe for paint also, but not the paint thinners, but the paint thinners will be fine on fender liners.

I spent some time on it this morning and this is what I ended up with.

That's a good thing. I started out with trying to use mineral spirits. I have no idea how long the paint has been on there, but it didn't work. After that I went to a plastic razor blade and Iron X paste. The paste was used for lube only not to break down the paint. It took a little bit but I slowly scraped the road paint off. After that I washed the area thoroughly. I then used M101 on a MF finishing disc(hard paint) to remove the marring from the plastic razor blade..

Yes if it's easily flicking off the paint then no problem. The fender "fur" I might try a brush first if it's dried pieces stuck into it. Connor, I too have use Tarminator or Tar X on plastic fender wells to great affect. On my Sky once as well actually...

I can't stand that fabric fender nonsense... Used on my wife's mustang too.

They're the textile/fabric kind of liners.
