I recently applied UK to my car, 2 coats topped with Reload. Black '14 Caddy CTSV wagon
I drove 900 miles on the highway and got a nice layer of bugs on the front.
I am in a car show next saturday and didnt want to wash it with reset yet just to save wear and tear on the finish.
I took it to a coin operated car wash, did a 2 minute presoak with their "soap" then a high pressure rinse, then blew it dry at 80 mph on the highway.
When i stopped i found water spots on the hood and down the sides.
That afternoon i went ahead and washed it with reset.
The spots are less obvious but still there now appearing as dark spots.
I tried a little reload on a small area and it lessened it but didnt remove it.
Am i safe to use spotless on it this early?
Or should i suck it up, let the UK have its 30 day cure time amd then go after them?
New to the CQuartz products, not to detailing.
Thnaks for any advice.
