I dont think of DLUX as inexpensive, specially for undercarriage treatment, but it all depends on the customer needs/budget.

As a quick CHEAP dressing up option for fender wells I've use Hyper Dressing or Poorboy spray. For a longer lasting and more permanent solution I use DLUX (which I agree should not be seen as inexpensive in the short run but may be so in the long run)

I think it is since "reapplication" won't be done as often as say Hyperdressing. Will last MULTIPLE washes and for months from my experience.

I have great experience using Dlux on wheel well and top with Perl undiluted monthly

I use either hyper dressing or PERL 4:1 on wheel wells typically. It just depends which I have close by on which I use usually.
