Regarding lose fibers on the edges of the towels:
This is a normal and unchangable reason of the ultrasonic cutting process. Because the towels are very fluffy / thick, they are very tough to cut with ultrasonic blades. So if the blade cuts the edge, sometimes some fiber residue is still "hanging" on the edge. Mostly this is removed during regular handling, use, washing, drying - sometimes you can pick some fibers with your Hands and remove them from the edge. Always take care not to pull too much on a "connected fiber residue" because in single cases, the lose fibers are not as lose as you expect and you possibly damage the edge of the towel.
Regarding the Summit I can only remember on the text we wrote about towel linting. There are many reasons why this could happen and usually any towel you buy is from the same production Batch. This means, usually there could not be any difference in lint. So if there is a lot of lint with one towel, the next one MUST have the same Problem. BESIDE it is not coming from the towel, maybe from a different application / product you use. Anyway, like Dark Horse wrote: If there is a lint Problem even after washing AND DRYER, then you should get in contact with your dealer for any suggestions to solve the Problem!
