HOW-TO: Reload 2014V1 (New and Improved) like a Pro

Are you tossing the boa towels after using them?
Typically, after wiping off a coating I personally toss them out. However I know of several top notch guys who will immediately toss the used towel into a strong mix of APC and hot water to soak for awhile before washing. This seems to work well as long as you do it immediately after use. I have done it a few times also, and it worked well. As you know, this only needs to done when wiping off a coating. Towels used for wiping off Reload get laundered as normal. No need to soak. (Thought I'd mention that due to the tittle of the thread and for others reading later on).

Just doing a uk application, I did just as you described. The small applicator clothes were shot but the suede 16"x16" were fine. The RELOAD towels were washed, as normal no soaking, and they too are fine.

Glad to hear it buddy!

Hey @Dr_Pain just wanted to know what you recommend best for the fender flares of that Raptor for coating purpose DLux or CQuartz UK? and if so what was your approach before applying either or coating?

The fenders and flares are painted exactly the same as the body of the cab, so my choice is UK. Process is the same as paint: 1) wash 2) decon 3) polish 4) wash/eraser 5) coating

Great information on here. I'm gonna try the apc right away on the suedes
