This client contacted me from Kansas City, looking for a Cquartz Finest Installation. I was happy to oblige.
We set a date, and he drove from Kansas City and stayed in a hotel in Springfield, MO, where I am located, while a performed a “Stage II” detail and installed Cquartz Finest.
The client was looking for the best protection possible as the car is driven a lot and sees the occasional track day. He was super happy with the results.
Highlights of Process:
Foam cannon wash with microfiber mitt (two bucket method)
CarPro Iron X treatment (wheels and paint)
Nanoskin fine grade sponge paint decontamination (clay alternative)
Tires and wheel wells cleaned with Meguiars non acid Wheel and Tire cleaner
Toweled dry and crevices, door jams etc blown free of moisture
Single Step polish via white Lake Country pad and Meguiar’s M205
CarPro Eraser Wipe down to remove any residual polishing oils
Cquartz Finest applied to paint and wheels and cured overnight in shop
I hate to say that it was pouring rain the day of the detail and the car was picked up early in the morning, so I was not able to snap any sun shots. I did my best to capture the gloss inside the shop.
